1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using akofada.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

akofada provides business management software including Android applications, websites, and ERP dashboards. Services are provided on an annual subscription basis.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is made via Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE) transfer. Services are activated upon payment verification. Subscription periods are annual from the date of activation.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are not provided after service activation. If your application is rejected, a full refund will be issued within 14 business days.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any illegal activities, to distribute malware, or to violate any laws of Ethiopia.

6. Limitation of Liability

akofada is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for business losses, data loss, or service interruptions.
